• Data and web service (WMS) is provided only for scientific planning and research studies leading to overall resource management activities of the country.
• NRSC disowns responsibility for issues emerging due to use of data for commercial and legal purposes.
• 1:1 M products and Web Map Services (WMS) are provided in public domain for wider use as a primary information product.
• 1:250 K products viz., maps, WMS and statistics are provided based on registration for scientific and research purposes only.
• Digital databases are provided only for authorized users (at present Govt. to Govt. organizations in India) to facilitate advanced analysis and integration with their digital databases for region specific management issues.
• Users must invariably acknowledge the data and web service source and use. All the copyright lies with NRSC, ISRO for data and web services.
• The data and web service shall remain exclusive property of NRSC, ISRO.
• The user will first inform NRSC regarding any improvements and suggestions to be made in the data/services.
• The user will indemnify NRSC for any loss; claims and conclusions drawn out of the direct use of the data or value added product generated using the data/service by them or by any other third party.
• The source of the data and service will be mentioned as BHOOSAMPADA, NRSC (ISRO).
• The feedback, benefit on use of the data and value added product there of will be informed to NRSC.
