The
Spatial Query Shell deals with spatial data generated under LULC mapping
project of National Remote Sensing Centre, ISRO, Department of Space, Government of
India. The spatial outputs are generated using multi-temporal AWiFS data. The
decision tree classifier is used for classifications. The mapping has been done on
1:250,000 scale and the area statistics is available up to state level. The
spatial query shell provides a web GIS base environment to access and query
the data. Various GIS tools are available for querying and analysis along with
Help document. The user needs a user name and password to access the spatial query
shell. The user can register for user name and password from registration page of this portal.
